Refund

This policy explains how TimedSubs handles billing questions, cancellations, and refund requests.
Before requesting a refund
Contact support with the account email, plan, checkout time, and the issue you experienced. Include project references when the request is tied to export or processing quality.
Eligible review cases
Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate charges, accidental checkout, provider errors, or severe service issues that prevent reasonable use of the paid plan.
Plan cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to provider state. Access may remain active until the current billing period ends when the provider reports period-end cancellation.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not guaranteed for completed usage, files outside the product boundary, platform publishing issues, or content you did not have permission to process.
