Product support
Send the project name, export format, browser, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, private keys, or third-party service secrets.
Billing and refunds
Include the account email and the plan or checkout attempt. Refund requests are reviewed against the refund policy and provider records.
Data requests
Project data deletion can be requested from support when self-service controls are not enough. Storage cleanup may run asynchronously.

Use TimedSubs with scripts and audio you own or have permission to process.
