These terms describe the operating rules for using TimedSubs to create subtitle timing assets from files you provide.
Permitted use
Use TimedSubs with content you own or have permission to process. Keep unlawful content, credentials, private keys, and unauthorized files out of uploads.
Product workflow
TimedSubs prepares subtitle timing, quality-check evidence, and export files for your downstream video workflow.
Plans, Timing Minutes, and limits
Subscriptions and one-time PAYG purchases are separate. Each PAYG pack adds 60 Timing Minutes for Script + Audio timing, and one checkout may include one, two, or three packs. PAYG does not auto-renew and does not unlock Translation, API, team features, or subscription workspace capacity. Entitlements are enforced at upload, queue, export, and billing boundaries.
User responsibility
Check exported subtitle files before delivery. You are responsible for confirming that final subtitles are accurate, appropriate, and accepted by downstream platforms.
TimedSubs turns the script and audio you provide into subtitle timing, quality-check results, and export files.
