Data we process
TimedSubs stores account identifiers, workspace records, project metadata, uploaded scripts and audio, generated subtitle results, quality issues, export records, usage records, and support messages needed to operate the service.
How files are used
Uploaded scripts and audio are used to create subtitle timing, quality-check results, and exports for your workspace.
Storage and deletion
Project files and generated assets may be stored in application storage until you delete the project or request help. Storage cleanup can run asynchronously after a deletion request.
Billing and support
Payment providers may process checkout, subscription, invoice, and refund records. Support requests may include account email, project references, and troubleshooting details you choose to send.
TimedSubs turns the script and audio you provide into subtitle timing, quality-check results, and export files.
